Editorial review · reviewed on October 11, 2026The family behind Rondo del Valle arrived in Guadalupe Valley (Valle de Guadalupe) more than half a century ago, and the property where it now welcomes visitors, at the km 3.5 marker of the El Tigre road, has more than seven decades of history. The winery opened its doors in 2014 with reds, a rosé, and a white, all with names tied to the valley.
A sommelier or the winemaker, depending on the day, leads the visit. It covers the facilities, explains the winemaking in the underground cellar, and ends with a tasting of five labels. There is also a reserve tasting in the cellar, pairing workshops, and picnics among vines and lavender, all by online reservation.
