The house
La Trinidad was born in 2007 from Patricia and José Luis González's love of wine and good food. Its tasting room is in El Sauzal, at the start of the Ruta del Vino (the wine route), in a complex it shares with Madera 5, Vinsur, Cava Córdova, and other small wineries, so you can try several houses in one stop.
Its labels carry names from mythology. Fauno is a blend of Nebbiolo and Cabernet, Afrodita a white of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc with time in barrel, and between them stands Minotauro. In the tasting room you taste the full line with regional products and tour the cellar. Groups of six or more can ask for a tasting led by the founders.
