The house
The first label from Cava Córdova was a GSM, the classic southern Rhône blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre. The family project began in 2011 and made its first wine in 2013, in an urban winery in El Sauzal.
It shares number 990 on the Ensenada to Tecate highway with other small wineries. The range now includes a GSM rosé, a Cabernet Sauvignon red called Aye, and Chardonnay in versions such as Prímula and Reserva. Its website has an online shop and a section on how to find it, but it does not publish visiting hours.
