The place
Innato is a small wine bar in Tijuana. It works with wines from small producers and recommends according to each customer's taste, so telling them what you like is enough for them to suggest a glass or a bottle. Reservations are made on WhatsApp, through the links on its social media. It took part in Vino Sin Frontera, the festival where Club Provino gathers the wineries of Baja California's valleys in Tijuana, in the 2025 and 2026 editions. The most recent, the fifth, was on October 3, 2026, in the parking lot of the Estadio Casino Caliente. It also appears in current guides to the city's wine bars. We have not yet published its address or hours, because they still need to be confirmed with the business, and the prudent move is to write to the bar before you go. In Tijuana it makes a city stop before or after the wine route of Guadalupe Valley.
