1. What it is. A space for adults to share opinions about their visits to wineries in Mexico. Cities and Wines does not sell wine, does not take reservations and is not a party to the relationship between visitors and wineries.
2. Your account. You are 18 or older and have a single, personal account. Your public name cannot impersonate another person, a winery or Cities and Wines.
3. Your content. You keep authorship. You give us a free, non-exclusive license to publish and display it on the site and its channels, with your public name and without altering its meaning, while it is published. Wineries may quote fragments with your public name, the date and a link, without taking them out of context. When you withdraw it or delete your account, the license ends for future uses.
4. What you declare. That the opinion tells your own visit, that you have no relationship with the winery or its competition in the region and that you received nothing in exchange.
5. What is forbidden: what the rules exclude; automating accounts or opinions; buying, selling or exchanging opinions; conditioning an opinion; trying to identify or pressure other authors; trying to manipulate the review system with instructions hidden in the text, and breaking the security or the limits of the site.
6. Moderation. We review content according to the rules. The first review is done by an artificial intelligence system, which does not receive your account data; doubtful cases, appeals it does not reverse, legal notices and sanctions are decided by a person. We may not publish or withdraw content, or limit, suspend or close accounts, always with the reason and the possibility of a second review. We do not edit your content or make users' opinions our own.
7. Your data with third parties. We do not reveal who you are to wineries or other users. We hand over data only by order of a competent authority. The handling of your data is governed by the privacy notice.
8. Liability. You are responsible for your content to the extent the law allows. The service may be interrupted for maintenance.
9. Changes. We notify you by email 15 days in advance; if you disagree, you can delete your account before then.
