Pancracia

Pancracia is the restaurant at Agua de Vid, a hotel of about 24 rooms in a rustic-industrial style in Ejido El Porvenir, in Guadalupe Valley (Valle de Guadalupe). It presents itself as chef-driven cooking built on fresh, local ingredients, with a menu that starts from the flavors of Baja California and crosses them with Mediterranean and Asian touches. The dishes guides mention most are the grilled octopus, sopes topped with chamorro (shank), a cured ceviche, and lamb birria.
