The place

Five acres of land, about two hectares, with a private boutique vineyard: that is how Casa Misiones is laid out, in San Antonio de las Minas. Guests sleep in six safari tents and a private lodge, set apart by gardens of native plants and rock formations. The tents carry names such as Loreto, Guadalupe, Mulegé, or Todos Santos, and come in basic, standard, and deluxe categories. The vineyard yields four tiers of the estate's own wine, in small quantities and shared mostly with guests. For the valley heat there is an infinity pool with a hot tub. Casa Misiones is adults only and exclusively for couples, with a two-night minimum stay. You book by phone, by WhatsApp, or on its site. It is made for a getaway for two, with a glass of wine from the property itself. The address is Calle Jojoba 1014, in San Antonio de las Minas.
